How to use PURE coconut oil

1) Hair treatment

Use directly or mix:

• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• ¼ teaspoon Vitamin E acetate
• 2–4 drops lavender or tea tree oil

Massage into scalp and hair.
Leave:

• 30 minutes to overnight
  Wash out.

Use:
1–2 times weekly

2) For dry ends / frizz

Use a tiny amount on ends only.

(Too much can make hair greasy.)

3) Skin moisturizer

Apply lightly to damp skin after showering.

Excellent for:

4) Coconut blend oil

Example:

• 70ml coconut oil
• 20ml sweet almond oil
• 5ml Vitamin E acetate
• 5ml essential oils blend

Creates a rich luxury treatment oil.

Important notes

Coconut oil can solidify in cool weather—this is normal. Warm slightly and it melts again.

Also:

• Can feel heavy for very fine hair if overused
• Best used in moderation
