1. Wash hair with sulphate free shampoo
2. Towel dry hair
3. Apply shock treatment
4. Detangle and comb out with a wide tooth comb
5. Blow dry hair or use a heat bonnet or under dryer for 20min

6. Rinse your hair with cold/luke warm water
